| Since every other website on the planet seems to have a
"About Us" page, we felt that we should have something to say
on this subject, as well. So, here's a little something about
"us"... Ours is a family run digital imprinting business that was started because, just like you, we were in need of some mugs for a special event. Unfortunately, at the time, we could not find anyone locally, nor were we pleased with the quality and/or service that was available elsewhere. So we started Coffee Mugs Online at the beginning of 2001. When we started the business, we pledged to ourselves that we would continuously strive to deliver high quality products and the very best in customer service. As you have noticed on our opening page, we have expanded our imprinting product line. In doing so, we have reminded ourselves of our "pledge". To that end, we include a card in every shipment which states the following:
