| The best source of the image you will
want on your mug or stein is going to be YOU. The dye-sublimation process that we use, combined with the quality of
our mugs and steins, is going to give you a very nice image and product
that does not fade, and literally is imbedded into the surface of the
mug or stein. Having said this, the image will only look as good as the
image that we start with. Although we certainly have the ability to
enhance an image sent to us, it is most important that the image be
clear, in focus, and of at least 300 dots-per-inch (dpi) when
PRINTED at 3" X 3" or larger. Our preferred formats
are a ".tif" or ".jpg" file. The exact format used will depend on the
"type" of image being used.
